Lisa Scheff Designs Design Team

Meet the Team

The Lisa Scheff Designs design team is a one-of-a-kind group of women who we are lucky to call co-workers.  We all have different strengths that come together to allow your projects to be beautiful and functional while running smoothly throughout the process. Our team serves Western Massachusetts, Northern Connecticut, Cape Cod, and Rhode Island.

Take a minute to meet our interior design team, and see why our clients rave about working with the Lisa Scheff Designs staff.

Lisa Scheff | Founder, Principal Designer

Background. With over two decades of experience running a design firm—and even longer running a family of six—Lisa has worked with clients from every walk of life on an expansive roster of projects great and small.

Specialty. Obsessing over the small stuff until the big reveal is picture-perfect. Her unique ability to cultivate real connections and bring out the best in people is evident in everything she does—from revealing layers of each client’s style to bringing together a truly extraordinary team.

In Brief. Her signature design style and her team have one thing in common—they’re all about the client.

Fun Fact. Life as an Air Force wife has cultivated her love for simple pleasures (good coffee, red wine, dark chocolate) and wild adventure (yes, she has done goat yoga).

Beth Giguere | Director of Operations

Background. Loyal to Lisa Scheff Designs for the last decade, Beth brings her master’s in communications, fifteen years of customer service expertise—and knack for getting things done right to everything she does.

Specialty. There’s so much more to interior design than meets the eye. Beyond the beauty, there’s a ton of wildly complicated detail and day-to-day difficulties. That’s where Beth comes in. She thrives behind the scenes, diving into the logistics, keeping each part of the plan rigorously on track, and bringing creative problem solving to every facet of the process.

In Brief. The operational heart of the firm, her systems turn design dreams into reality.

Fun Fact.  Beth’s nerves of steel make being a mother of two young kids, devoted wife to her high school sweetheart, and lowkey operational superhero look easy.

Eliza Oumano | Director of Design

Background. Eliza cut her teeth on the business side of interior design while cultivating her love of the visual arts. Gaining experience in varied creative fields like publishing and public relations created the well-rounded, innovative designer you see today.

Specialty. Her stunning—and wildly realistic—renderings feel like a photo from each client’s not-so-distant design future.

In Brief. It’s hard to find a creative professional this buttoned-up, talented—and utterly charming.

Fun Fact. Eliza is loyal to the things she loves—brie cheese, margaritas, the ocean, and her family. Not necessarily in that order. But close.

Caitlin Camberis | Interior Designer

Background. Caitlin started her career in the Berkshires, focusing on both residential and hospitality design. From there she pivoted to commercial interiors at a top architectural firm in Boston before returning back to her childhood home in Western Mass to join the Lisa Scheff Design team.

Specialty. Caitlin has an extraordinary vision for every part of the process from the mundane to the straight-up magical.

In Brief. She may be the nicest person you’ll ever meet—but don’t be fooled—she’s got an iron will and unwavering attention to detail.

Fun Fact. Eclectic in her obsessions, Caitlin lives for a good book, a lovely baked good, and a freshly refinished antique. Although her dog and two kids get first dibs on every second of her free time.

Kelsey Strom | Project Manager

Background. After studying fine art, Kelsey found her home in interior design. She’s gained expertise in every design environment from residential to retail and commercial. Her unique perspective and passion for the world of interior design make working directly with clients a perfect fit.

Specialty. On the surface, she’s calm, collected, and hilarious. But behind the scenes, she’s working like crazy to coordinate every vendor, contractor, shipping schedule, and unglamorous process with absolute tenacity.

In Brief. She makes the most complex tasks seem effortless and keeps everyone crying with laughter—even when we want to weep with exhaustion.

Fun Fact. An animal lover to the core. If she could have as many dogs as Oprah, she absolutely would. That’s a lot. Google it.

Professional Installers

Once you’ve ordered product from Lisa Scheff Designs, our team of professional installers will ensure that they are installed correctly and securely.

Workrooms

Our completely custom product, such as drapery, bedding, upholstered chairs, headboards, and ottomans, is fabricated in our workrooms.  We contract to both local and national drapery and upholstery workrooms depending on the scope of the project.

Our Little Helpers

We’re lucky to be aided by an incredible support staff who provide undying loyalty, encouragement, and a foundation of everyday joy. These best friends alert us when the UPS man has arrived, make sure our furniture is perfect for lounging, and most importantly, they keep us company in the office.

Fun facts:

Leo | CPO, Chief Pup Officer

Inspiring us to expand our palettes by eating absolutely everything. Even if it’s gross.

Zoe | VP of Experiential Activation

Our reminder that creativity can’t be contained. Originator of “Escape the Crate”.

We are sad to have to share that our original little helper, Pepper, has passed away.  We will miss her around the office.

Inspiration, Specials & More
Lisa Scheff listened to my needs and came up with a very creative kitchen floor plan that transformed an antiquated kitchen “add on” into a fully functional space with maximum storage. Her out of the box thinking helped me realize that removing a chimney was the key to creating the space I wanted – a solution I would not have come up with on my own. Armed with Lisa’s floor plan, I was able to successfully orchestrate our kitchen renovation. I highly recommend her.
