Our Staff

The Lisa Scheff Designs design team is a one-of-a-kind group of women who we are lucky to call co-workers.  We all have different strengths that come together to allow your projects to be beautiful and functional while running smoothly throughout the process. Our team serves Western Massachusetts, Northern Connecticut, Cape Cod, and Rhode Island.

Lisa Scheff, Principal Interior Designer

As Principal Designer, Lisa oversees all the design that makes its way out our doors. For nearly twenty years, she has created warm and inviting spaces for her clients. Lisa’s outgoing personality makes it natural for her to work with clients time and again as their homes transition throughout their lives.  She loves to bring out the best in her clients and believes that each space should be a reflection of her client’s personality and how they use their home. Lisa has a skilled eye for detail and tireless devotion to every client she works with.  Her fresh and creative approach to design paired with an ability to think practically and functionally is what makes her an exceptionally innovative designer.

Interior Design is Lisa’s passion which is why she always says that she gets to do her hobby as a career, but when she isn’t designing homes for clients, she is super mom to her four daughters, Grace, Ruby, Emma, and Greta. With four girls, Lisa and her husband, Ian, certainly have their hands and hearts full.

Lisa and family enjoy hiking with their little pup, Leo. Don’t expect much lounging on the couch from this designer, unless it’s curled up with a good book!

Beth Giguere, Communication Director

Beth is an incredible asset to our administrative team managing the behind-the-scenes aspects of projects that enable our designers to get to what they do best, design! Beth is also responsible for all of Lisa Scheff Designs’ marketing endeavors from social media to the website and more.

Always in the office working in the background, Beth ensures client projects run smoothly. She is the gatekeeper for all orders that are placed through our firm acting as the liaison with vendors, placing and tracking orders and completing the less glamorous tasks required of all design projects. She ensures that our clients receive the correct customizations to their furniture, and she gets orders to them as quickly as our manufacturers will let her. It’s not an easy role, but Beth has got it covered!

When not fulfilling one of her many roles at Lisa Scheff Designs, she can be found hiking at a local park with her husband and high school sweetheart, Tim, sons, Ryan and Lucas, and their Springer Spaniel, Zoe. If she’s not out on a mountain, Beth is probably at home building with Legos, reading the Little Blue Truck or singing the wheels on the bus; being a boy Mom has it’s routine.

Eliza Oumano, Interior Designer

Eliza brings a background in public relations to her position at Lisa Scheff Designs.  She has worked with Boston Home magazine, Boston Design Week, and the Junior League Decorators’ Show House and shares that expertise with our firm.  She connects that experience with a love of fabric and design allowing her to shine in her role.

Eliza’s job is to bring the client’s vision to life digitally.  She does this by drawing initial floor plans, creating three-dimensional renderings, researching fabrics, specifying product and creating design boards.

With an outgoing personality and infectious smile, we are lucky to have Eliza as part of the Lisa Scheff Designs team.  When not in the office, she and her husband Mike and daughter, Ali are off hiking with their two pups, Hershel and Murphy, or hosting family and friends in their new home.  She has a passion for the arts and loves trying a new recipe to share.

 Caitlin Camberis, Interior Design Assistant

A passion for cultivating beauty and maximizing function within her environment led Caitlin to pursue a career in Interior Design. After a number of years working for design and architecture firms in the Berkshires and Boston, Caitlin returned home to her roots here in Western MA to raise her family. Now a mother to two children, her spare time is limited but filled with good books, coffee, and baking.

Professional Installers

Once you’ve ordered product from Lisa Scheff Designs, our team of professional installers will ensure that they are installed correctly and securely.

Tom is a certified Hunter Douglas installer and an expert on power shades.  He will not only hang your new window coverings but educate you on how to use the selected lift system. With all his CrossFit training, Tom makes hanging heavy shades look easy, and we’re lucky to have him as part of our team.


Our completely custom product, such as drapery, bedding, upholstered chairs, headboards, and ottomans, is fabricated in our workrooms.  We contract to both local and national drapery and upholstery workrooms depending on the scope of the project.

Our Little Helpers

Have you met our furry design assistants, Zoe and Leo? Zoe is an English Springer Spaniel and Leo is a Terrier mix.

These best friends alert us when the UPS man has arrived, make sure our furniture is perfect for lounging, and most importantly, they keep us company in the office.

Fun facts:

There isn’t a food that Leo has met that he doesn’t love – fruit, vegetable, you name it, he’ll eat it.

Zoe may be related to Harry Houdini.  We can’t figure out how, but she can get out of her crate and escape the backyard; if it’s meant to contain her, Zoe can get out of it.

We are sad to have to share that our original littler helper, Pepper, has passed away.  We will miss her around the office.
