Interior design is, at its core, a human-centric business. Our team’s collective expertise and shared passion for beautiful, inviting, and functional spaces is matched only by our commitment to the clients we serve.

Meet Lisa

Lisa Scheff

Founder & Principal Designer

With more than two decades leading her namesake firm, Lisa has built a reputation for creating homes that are as personal and functional as they are beautiful.  Armed with degrees in psychology and sociology, she approaches design the same way she approaches people: by asking the right questions, listening closely, and learning what makes each client tick.  A lifelong creative with the discipline of an entrepreneur, Lisa grew up surrounded by family-run businesses and learned early on that passion and business could coexist. When she brought her interior design skills into the mix, everything she loved came together. Years later, as a military spouse with a family of six, Lisa honed her ability to adapt quickly, manage people with grace, and find beauty and stability wherever life took her.

Fun Fact

Lisa’s favorite projects are those that have seemingly impossible design challenges like layout problems or pipes in the way. She loves working out innovative solutions, making the most of "difficult" spaces.

In Brief

Lisa often says, “We design the experience. You experience the design.”

Specialty

Leading a collaborative team of experts, including designers, project managers, warehouse staff, contractors, vendors, and artisans who share her commitment to excellence, integrity, and clear communication. Together, they bring order to the design-build process and calm to the chaos of renovation projects while elevating and amplifying the client’s style to make their home feel like their own.
