Behind the Scenes

meet the team
Interior design is a human-centric business. If it's a shared love for all things interior design that brought us together, it's the close-knit bond we've built with each other, and extend to our clients, that keeps us together. Our team is made up of inspired designers skilled in curating our client's vision and meticulous process managers who guide those visions into reality.

The Owner

Lisa Scheff

Her signature design style and her team have one thing in common—they’re all about the client.

Specialty

Obsessing over the small stuff until the big reveal is picture-perfect. Her unique ability to cultivate real connections and bring out the best in people is evident in everything she does—from revealing layers of each client’s style to bringing together a truly extraordinary team.

The Squad

Beth Giguere

Director of Operations

Background

Loyal to Lisa Scheff Designs for the last decade, Beth brings her Master’s in Communication, fifteen years of customer service expertise—and knack for getting things done right to everything she does.

Fun Fact

Beth’s nerves of steel make being a mother of three young kids, devoted wife to her high school sweetheart, and lowkey operational superhero look easy.

In Brief

The operational heart of the firm, her systems turn design dreams into reality.

Specialty

There’s so much more to interior design than meets the eye. Beyond the beauty, there’s a ton of wildly complicated detail and day-to-day difficulties. That’s where Beth comes in. She thrives behind the scenes, diving into the logistics, keeping each part of the plan rigorously on track, and bringing creative problem solving to every facet of the process.

In Brief

It’s hard to find a creative professional this buttoned-up, talented—and utterly charming.

Her stunning—and wildly realistic—renderings feel like a photo from each client’s not-so-distant design future.

Caitlin Camberis
