First Floor Renovation Kitchen & Living Room

This first-floor renovation kitchen & living room transformed all but two rooms of this family home. The project focused on modernizing the spaces, creating better flow, and creating a brighter overall space. The great room and open-concept kitchen provide lots of seating for family gatherings while the primary bedroom suite transformation provides a tranquil retreat. The kitchen and family room boast a bold blue and red palette that we continued into the powder room and mudroom. The kitchen table expands to accommodate family for Sunday dinners. The sectional provides lots of seating when the family is in town, and a fun upholstered game table is a great place for everyone to gather for cards. Moving into the primary suite, the office continues the blues but introduces a lovely cream palette that is then continued into the bathroom and bedroom. The primary bathroom is tone-on-tone but full of textures creating a beautiful space to get ready in the morning. The bedroom’s cathedral ceilings gave us a place to showcase a gorgeous crystal chandelier. Talk about a statement piece. The rest of the bedroom stays tone-on-tone again, but the bold wall color (which we continued onto the ceiling) grounds the various creams we featured on the furnishings.
