Before we start designing furniture and accessories, we take the time to understand your needs and create a plan that maximizes your space. This helps us determine the size and scale of the pieces of furniture we'll be bringing in.

Our floor plans are two dimensional drawings that lay out the flow of the room and serve as a template to create the Scope of Work and budget for your project.

Now comes the exciting part - the design process! We'll bring your inspiration to life with custom-curated designs and show you exactly what each piece will look like. From fabrics to window treatments, we've got it all covered. Our team will build custom design boards where we create a rendering of what the space will look like completed. Your design presentation will include beautifully rendered design boards as well as tear sheets of every item specified providing you with all of the details you need to make a decision. You'll also see pictures of each item and receive detailed descriptions of the pieces. We'll even bring in samples of fabric, rugs, window treatments, tile, and millwork so you can get a feel for what everything will look like together.

Sometimes, in a one-room transformation, there are still a few small construction items to take care of such as updating a fireplace hearth, adding built-in cabinetry, or painting the space. We coordinate with the necessary contractors to get this part of the project completed while we procure each item for the new space.

Finally, it's installation day! Our team will carefully and thoughtfully place each piece of furniture and accessory in just the right spot to bring your vision to life.
