Open Concept New Build

This new build started with architectural plans that we finessed to create a lovely open-concept home. With a kitchen island facing the beautiful dining room and family room, the open-concept home has a wonderful flow. The restful color palette really pulls together this space with the showstopping built-ins around the fireplace as the pièce de résistance. The first-floor guest bathroom retreat boasts beautiful grass-cloth wallpaper, gorgeous sconces, and a clever mirror. The neutral palette is anything but boring with varying textures. Over the basement stairs, a crystal and silver chandelier makes a statement as does all of the lighting in the home. The crystal over the dining room table is one of our favorite statement-making pieces. The spacious primary bathroom boasts a beautiful double vanity, walk-in shower, and upholstered bench.
