For this commercial renovation project at Dowd Insurance in Holyoke, MA, our team was brought in to refresh key employee and client-facing spaces with a clean, professional feel. The scope included the office kitchen and break room, a women’s bathroom, a men’s bathroom, and an ADA-accessible bathroom.

Modern Great Room

With open floor plan homes, where every room is seen from the front door, creating a captivating first impression is crucial. Our objective for this particular project was to curate exquisite modern furniture, establish a harmonious color palette, and incorporate inviting textures to fashion a sophisticated and refined space. This meticulously selected and thoughtfully arranged furniture not only maximizes the functionality of these rooms but also ensures optimal comfort. This design endeavor aimed to craft a luxurious and polished living space, perfectly suited for both family living and entertaining.

The It Takes Two Project

This project involved a family of four who found themselves in need of an additional bathroom. With only one bathroom available, it became clear that a second one was necessary - specifically one for the primary bedroom and one for the girls to enjoy. To address this, our team stepped in and utilized the existing bathroom, along with a portion of the primary bedroom, to create two fully functional bathrooms that would meet the family's needs. The first bathroom - a dream come true for any little girl. The design features a delightful pink and teal color scheme with a captivating floral theme.
