A “Super Bowl Room” provides the perfect spot for game day viewing and casual entertaining, while a craft room encourages creativity and connection across generations. A fully equipped gym offers space for wellness, and the spa area—with its sauna and cold plunge—brings a luxury retreat experience into the home.
